| Details: | SUMMARY: positive total coliform routine sample DETAILS: I received an alert for a positive total coliform routine sample taken on 6/14/07. I spoke with Matt Johnson on 6/18/07 who said his main pump broke, so he opened the system and didnt disinfect afterwards. I mentioned that theyve had quite a few positive coliform results over the past few years and I asked if they were still looking into UV or chlorination and he said theyve been doing a lot of remodeling and he thinks that is the cause. I told him to take 4 repeat samples and then 5 routines next month. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of the repeat samples. | ||
