Details: SUMMARY: Re: coliform alert DETAILS: Received TCR alert from DHS/ Drinking Water Program on 1/19/07. I contacted Heath by telephone and he stated he was aware of the positive routine result. He stated that he already submitted his four repeat samples, and only the repeat source sample came back positive. Heath found that the faucet used was leaking from the top and might be the source of contamination. Heath said he fixed the faucet and took another repeat sample from the same source and it was negative. ACTION NEEDED: Take 2 extra routine samples in addition to the three regular routine samples to total five routine samples next sampling period.
