| Details: | SUMMARY: 1 of 5 temporary monthly routines taken 12/28/06 TC positive DETAILS: Mr. Cox called regarding the recent TC positive and wanted to know if he needed to do a public notice. He is having Alexin come out this week to do repeat sampling. I told him he doesnt need PN at this point but would if any of the repeats are positive. I asked him to call if he has any positive repeats and then I can send him the PN template. He asked also why this sample was TC positive, we discussed various possibilities. I told him that the first thing to do is ensure that proper sampling technique is being followed. After that we just have to rely on the testing and go from there. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed at this time. Will continue to monitor. | ||
