Details: SUMMARY: Repeat positive coliform routine samples on 10/31/06 DETAILS: On 11/02/06 I spoke with Jim Nash from Stutzman Services regarding the positive repeat coliform samples collected on 10/31/06. We discussed sample collection and potential contamination sources. Samples were taken after disinfecting the reservoir and pressure tank. I asked to install continuous chlorination for the system to resolve the coliform problems. There is already a plan review for a chlorinator that was approved by the state. I provided the appropriate contacts at the state to expedite the process. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of repeat samples and plan review approval.
