Details: SUMMARY: DBP sample taken from wrong location DETAILS: Routine quarterly DPB sample results received by PSOB on 7/9/07 were taken from wrong location (not DBP Max as specified in SDWIS). Informed Bob that, since it is too late to replace this second quarter sample, they will be assessed a M/R violation. Reminded Bob that the 3rd quarter sample must be taken from the specified site, and suggested that he take the sample mid-quarter, so as to avoid a late submittal. ACTION NEEDED: None.
