| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform quarterly sample on 10/20/06 DETAILS: On 10/25/06 I spoke to Al Kitzman (water operator) regarding positive coliform sample collected on 10/20/06 (received on 10/23/06). We discussed sample collection and potential contamination sources. He already conducted a shock chlorination as a corrective action and the samples still positive. He already put a public notice at the campground earlier this month. He suspects a leak in the system. They will look for a leak, repair it, and shock chlorinate again before resampling. He will call me once he receives the results. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of repeat samples and follow up. | ||
