Details: SUMMARY: Total coliform positive sample taken 7/30/2007 DETAILS: A sample taken 7/30/2007 was total coliform positive. The chlorine residual at the sample site was not recorded. We reviewed sampling technique, chlorine residual measurement, and Repeat sample requirements. ACTION NEEDED: Water system to take 4 Repeat samples 8/01. 5 Routine samples required in August.
