| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform quarterly sample on 01/08/07 DETAILS: I spoke to Carolyn from Lepman Properties on 01/10/07, 01/23/07, and 01/30/07 regarding positive coliform sample collected on 01/08/07 (received on 01/22/07). Carolyn had Stutzman Services shock chlorinate the system on 1/12/07. E. coli was absent, however coliform was still present after chlorination. She conducted another shock chlorination that took care of the coliform bacteria. She also did a public notification on 1/10/07. She is aware of the additional sampling that is required and the five routine samples that will need to be taken the next calendar month. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of repeat samples and follow up. | ||
