Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform quarterly sample on 05/11/07 DETAILS: On 05/14/07 I spoke to David from OMI (contracted water operator) regarding positive coliform sample collected on 05/11/07 (received on 05/14/07). We discussed sample collection and potential contamination sources. He is planning to take the four repeat samples tomorrow to be in compliance. He is also aware about the five routine samples that will need to be taken the next calendar month. He will call me once he receives the results. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of repeat samples and follow-up.
