Details:	SUMMARY: Informed water system regarding boil water notice. DETAILS: Klamath County incorrectly informed water system to post a Total Coliform notice. Gabriel Torres was contacted on 11/01/07 and informed that the water system needed to post a boil water notice. A Boil Water template and well shocking procedures were email to the water system and posted the same day. Gabriel was contacted again on 11/2/07 and he indicated that they providing bottled water, bagged ice, and canned soda to the restaurant customers. The Motel customers were also being provided bottled water. Gabriel said that he was working with Spring Street Lab in Klamath Falls and they were going to help him shock the well and collect special samples from the distribution system and well to see if they corrected the problem. ACTION NEEDED: Shock the well according to the procedure provided to the system and collect 5 routine samples in November.
