Details: SUMMARY: Infrastructure Needs Study assistance DETAILS: PWS has not submitted Study and DWP has requested circuit rider assistance. I reviewed the 2003 Study and left two messages for John Cowan to call me about the status of the 2007 Study and never received a return call. Follow up was conducted by another HBH consulting engineer. ACTION NEEDED: None
