Details: SUMMARY: Sanitary Survey required Turbidity Profile DETAILS: HBH received notice that the Yoncalla water plant needed to start recording Filter Turbidity Profiles. I made contact with Mr Cox, operator of the systems Water Treatment Plant to schedule a turbidity profile ad review of plant operators. The Turbidity Profile was recorded after a backwash of the multi media filter with filter to waste Raw water flows to the plant were 350 gpm with a raw water turbidity of 2.0 NTUs. The filter had approximately 8 run hours since last backwash. The plant normally is set to auto backwash at 16 hours. The effluent turbidity prior to backwash prior to the profile was 0.07 NTUs. ACTION NEEDED: Continue communication with plant operator in the event additional technical assistance is required.
