Details: SUMMARY: Referred due to deficiencies during the Sanitary Survey in July DETAILS: HBH representing DWP received notice that Rainbow MHP required technical assistance for several deficiencies noted in the July Sanitary survey. I completed the previous months contact report. ACTION NEEDED: I will schedule an appointment after October to address outstanding deficiencies.
