Details: SUMMARY: HAA5 MCL Exceeded DETAILS: A history of samples for HAA5 shows a pattern of exceeding the MCL of 0.060 mg/l. A compliance letter dates 11/29/07 details steps needed to resolve the MCL violations. Steps include quarterly monitoring for DBPs, issuing a Tier 2 public notice, completing a disinfection profile and a corrective action plan. Full compliance is expected to be demonstrated by June 30, 2009 through fulfillment of the corrective action plan and quarterly sampling showing reduced levels of HAA5. See letter for more details. ACTION NEEDED: System to conduct quarterly monitoring of DBPs, issued Tier 2 public notice, complete disinfection profile and corrective action and demonstrate full compliance by June 30, 2009.
