| Details: | SUMMARY: Conducted site visit to help distribute boil water notice after storm damage DETAILS: Mark Edington and I dropped off Tier 1 boil notices for Calvin Shulda to distribute to customers after the system lost pressure due to main breaks after a severe storm. The repairs were made, notices distributed via reverse 911 call. Coliform samples demonstrated the absence of coliforms on 12/13/07 and the boil notice was recinded on 12/17/07. ACTION NEEDED: System notified customers to boil their water prior to drinking, made necessary repairs, disinfected and flushed system, and completed follow-up sampling to demonstrate the absence of coliform bacteria prior to rescinding the boil water notice on December 17, 2007. System to update the Drinking Water Program of any further water quality issues that may arise. | ||
