| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert for Positive Total Coliform DETAILS: Owner/operator, Linda Walsh, contacted me stating that their first coliform sample taken the very end of August was positive. They notified the owner of the property and he flushed the well. A repeat sample was take on 9/17/07. ACTION NEEDED: Owner agreed to take three repeat samples as soon as the pending repeat comes back absent. Then after the repeat results are received and good five routine samples will be taken this month, September. Then the firm will need to do routine coliform fourth quarter sampling between Oct. 1 and December 31st. I also discussed that the inorganics have not been tested according to my knowledge. Business owner agreed to contact property owner to see if he has ever taken that test. | ||
