Details: SUMMARY: Discussed 9/7/07 zero chlorine residual reading with operator DETAILS: I discussed the 9/7/07 zero chlorine residual reading with Larry. He stated he has carefully maintained the chlorinator. He checked his records and recorded a 0.7 ppm chlorine residual on 9/7/07. I will investigate why there seems to be a discrepancy between operator and lab testing methods. ACTION NEEDED: N/A
