Details: SUMMARY: Positive Coliform Test Result DETAILS: Initial positive coliform on 9/4. 4 repeats taken 9/5 and two of 4 present. Called operator Wes and discussed PN and chlorination of reservoir and distribution. System hand delivered public notice along with chlorination into to all home 9/10. Two special samples taken on the 12th and both absent. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routines in October.
