Details: SUMMARY: I assisted the operator with plan review info DETAILS: At his request, I met with the operator and helped him compile documents for initiating plan review for the new well. I also sent him additional docs. He states he will contact the city of Tangent re the LUCS and send in the plan review packet.Four routine samples were "absent" -- OK to d/c PN. He will do one more routine in Oct. 07. ACTION NEEDED: N/A
