| Details: | SUMMARY: Operator will provide PN, collect four repeats 10/26/07 DETAILS: The system collected five routines on 10/23/07 at spaces 8,15, and 30, at the laundry room, and at the wellhead. All were total coliform positive and the sample collected at space 15 was also E. coli positive. The operator state that space 15 is currently vacant and that he flushed the hose bibb well before collecting the sample. The operator states that the well pump was pulled last week for camera inspection of the well and he suspects the pump and other parts were not disinfected prior to being reinstalled. The camera inspection was not done.The operator states he has a copy of the "Boil Water Advisory" form and will distribute the completed form to each user tonight and post at the laundry room. He also states he will collect four repeats at representative sites in the distribution on 10/26/07. ACTION NEEDED: N/A | ||
