Details: SUMMARY: Contacted Carl Lachman regarding TCR no-reporting vilation for September 2007. DETAILS: Carl called Waterlab to find out what happened with the September M/R for TC and the lab reported that they were still not receiving payment for their services (this happened in June 2007 also) so they did not monitor for TC in September. The owner of the trailer park has since changed accountants and assures us that this will not happen again. Also discussed with Carl that Waterlab is not following the coliform sampling plan, as they are not sampling at routine site #29. He will ask them to follow the plan and ensure it happens. ACTION NEEDED: N/A
