Details: SUMMARY: Monitoring, TCR DETAILS: On 11/20/07 I left a phone message for Richard Luttrell. The message was to explain that no coliform sample had been turned in for October, 2007. I explained that it was important to get the November, 2007 test results in.11/21/07 - Phone message from Richard Luttrell. His lab has agreed to forward bacti test results to DHS/DWP.11/20/07 - Returned phone call from Richard. There is some confusion re: how the test results are submitted. He is going to call his Lab. ACTION NEEDED: N/A
