Details:	SUMMARY: Spoke with Cheri Regarding the TCR Non-Reporting Violation for 1st and 3rd Quarter 2007. DETAILS: Cheri said she noticed that Waterlab had not stopped by lately. I informed he that it is the operators responsibility to ensure that all monitoring and reporting is done and on time. I asked her to call Waterlab to find out what happened and report back to me.12/13/07 - Cheri said that Waterlab did not monitor for 3rd quarter TC because Foster Waterhole owed them money. No explanation for missing the 1st quarter. Cheri said she would pay the bill ASAP. She informed me that the lab would be out in January for the 1st quarter TC M/R. I informed her that they still needed to monitor for 4th quarter TC. I discussed with her that if the lab cannot draw the sample someone else would have to, as it is due and they would be out of compliance with drinking water regulations and would receive a critical violation on their restaurant license. Cheri agreed to M/R for TC ASAP. ACTION NEEDED: Check to see if 4th quarter TC was M/R.
