Details:	SUMMARY: Alert Positive Total Coliform DETAILS: Telephoned Mr. Parks concerning the recent coliform positive sample. Mr. Parks stated that the ensuing samples has been taken, and that he was awaiting the result of the samples. I instructed Mr. Parks that in the event of another failure, he would need to call this office regarding further action (posting, shocking etc.) Mr. Parks stated that he would call this office with results.
