Details: SUMMARY: One of Four Repeat Samples Collected on 11/09/07 Tested Positive for Total Coliform DETAILS: 11/13/07 - The repeat sample collected at 391 Pinetop failed while the samples collected at 35B Solo Court, 15 Kelly Court and the Quail Run Apartments passed (the original positive routine sample was collected at the Quail Run Apartments). I e-mailed Norm a MCL violation public notice template. He thinks that the failing tap maybe problematic because the residence is vacant and the tap has not been used in awhile. I suggested that he collect a special sample immediately after the storage tank. He will collect the sample within the next two days.11/16/07 - The special sample collected immediately after the storage tank tested negative for Total Coliform. Five routine samples need to be collected in the month of December. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples need to be collected in the month of December and public notice needs to be issued within 30 days.
