Details: SUMMARY: Monitoring and Reporting Violations DETAILS: Called and spoke with Mr. Vettrus about water system monitoring requirements. I informed him that water system was in violation for not reporting quarterly total coliform and annual nitrate samples and that monitoring needed to resume asap. Mr. Vettrus felt that monitoring was unnecessary and said they have excellent water. I reminded him that testing is required but after our conversation I did not get the impression it would be done anytime soon. ACTION NEEDED: Compliance letter to be sent to water system.
