Details: | SUMMARY: Low water pressure, no water DETAILS: We received a complaint that there was no water at south coast water district. Called Dan to ask what happened, apparently a water pipe broke during the snowy weather and a valve was stuck on. Both were replaced over the weekend but there was a couple days where customers either had no water or very low pressure. Both problems were fixed and the system is back up and running as usual. Karen Kelley spoke to him on the phone and let him know a boil water public notice is required when pressure gets below 20 psi. Dan was not aware of this responsibility, he is now. ACTION NEEDED: none at this time, if pressure goes below 20 psi at any time a boil water public notice is required. |
