| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary Survey required CT Study DETAILS: I met with Carl Cox and Gene Vroman at the city office and proceeded to the Yoncalla water Treatment Plant. The plant was operating at 350 gpm treating raw water from Wilson Creek at the time of arrival. The plan treatment process included on-site generation of MIOX for disinfection. Residual chlorine leaving the plant was sampled for base line purposes prior to beginning the study. The investigation of system maps indicated the location of the first user. Chlorine residuals samples were analyzed at the first user to establish a base line residual prior to the study. The study was completed over a four hour period. The data was processed and a report was complied and ready for transmittal. A certification letter explaining the result was also completed and ready for mailing. ACTION NEEDED: Continue communication with the plant operator in the event additional technical assistance is required. | ||
