| Details: | SUMMARY: Process CT Data, Issue study report, Investigate potential disinfection sites. DETAILS: The system has needed to submit a CT Study to DWP. The study has been delayed for a period of time pending the installation of an effluent flow meter. Recently HBH was given instruction to perform studies using stored water reservoir elevations. EPA protocols indicate stored water volumes to be maintained with a 10 percent or less fluctuation during the study. The draft report was finalized as the transmittal to the City, along with a Certification of Results letter. A brief explanation of the transmittal was discussed with Mr Terrusa regarding the proposed chloramination process to replace the free chlorine at the raw water intake. I visited the system’s plant’s intake structure to familiarize myself with potential locations for injection sites for the proposed disinfection scheme.
