Details: SUMMARY: Positive T/C on routine for January 2008. DETAILS: Mike called to inform me of the detection. He said, the lab person sampled from a non-designated sample site (kitchen tap). I asked him to make sure the lab has a copy of their coliform sampling plan. Mike said, he went ahead and shock chlorinated the system and was in the process of flushing it today. Then he will take the 4 repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat testing.
