Details: SUMMARY: Violation investigation - Non-reporting Arsenic 2005-2007 Violation#35204 DETAILS: Phone call to system operator. Spoke with Rachel Myrick. Test had been done Nov 2007. Results were sent to Curry Co Health Department. No copies sent to DHS. Operator assumed that County would forward. ACTION NEEDED: County will forward results to DHS. DHS - Please credit system with results.
