Details:	SUMMARY: Lead & Copper Tap Sampling DETAILS: Talked with Art about 2nd round of tap samples collected for this system in March. Brasada Ranch is a new resort community which currently has only rental units, a handful of homes, restaurant, golf course club house, etc. This is new construction and more homes are currently being built. The second round of 5 tap samples were collected in March at rental units where water sits to long and two of the samples came back high for lead. Art collected resamples from these rental units (after flushing the day before), and as expected, the results met the action level (system pH level = 8.6). I explained that we would consider these samples as being collected at inappropriate sites (water sits to long) and that future samples should be collected at homes or employee buildings where water is used daily. ACTION NEEDED: The data unit will not count the samples collected at the rental units as 2nd round compliance samples. Avion WC will collect another round of 5 tap samples at locations where water is being used daily (homes and/or club house, etc.) and will submit them for compliance.
