Details: SUMMARY: Operator called regarding particulate complaint by user DETAILS: The operator called to give an update to the complaint this office received last week regarding particles in the water. Ron Jensen said he contacted Ed Arthur (complainant) and did some flushing of his lines. ACTION NEEDED: Ron will continue to monitor the situation and he committed to do another round of flushing in 3 weeks or so to see if it will help in the reduction of material in the distribution system.
