Details: SUMMARY: SNC: DBPs DETAILS: Spoke with Blake and let him know they are a SNC for Stage 1 DBPs. I told him he needs 2 quarters of on-time testing to return to compliance. We discussed the benefits of sampling earlier in the quarter to allow time to report results. We reviewed sampling location and I told him he only needs 1 sample per quarter. I told Blake that I would call him in a few months to schedule a sanitary survey. ACTION NEEDED: Nothing further at this time.
