Details: | SUMMARY: Enforcement Action Tracking/Follow-up DETAILS: 4/25/06 - SNC Investigation done. Mark Stoddard informed of Lead and Copper monitoring requirements and requirements for public notice and CCR. Called Mark on 6/6/07 to follow up on LCR testing. 10 sites were tested on 6/22/06 and all were well below action levels. The results never made it to the DHS DWP so Mark called Coffey Lab and had them fax it to them - they also faxed me a copy (received 6/6/07 and now in file). We also discussed getting their consumer confidence report done and submitted. Mark said he would see that it gets done asap. 7/20/07 - Consumer Confidence Report submitted on June 29, 2007 as noted in SDWIS. Called and left message for Mark reminding him to take another round(10 sites) of lead and copper tests to bring system back into compliance. 8/27/07 I faxed a copy of L/C testing reports done at Scotts Mills on 6/22/06 to DHS as they are not showing on SDWIS. 1/2/08 - Spoke with Mark Stoddard on the phone and he asked if they could get something in writing stating that the system was back in compliance. Corrosion Control has been installed and the pH is being maintained at 7.2. They have taken two rounds of Lead and Copper testing (713/06 and 7/11/07) with results well under action levels. Public notice/CCR has been submitted for 2006. It appears the requirements of the Formal Enforcement order have been met and the system can return to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: none |
