Details: SUMMARY: On-Site consultation DETAILS: Positive routine sample dated 2/20/08. Provided the water system operator with a paper copy of Emergency Response Plan and also showed them where the electronic form could be found. Discussed with them how to properly fill out the plan, how section 1 and 2 needed to be completed immediately, and where the completion form needs to be sent. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 4 repeat samples and test for coliform
