Details: SUMMARY: Violation investigation DETAILS: Phone call to system operator. Spoke with Rachel Myrick. Nitrate SOC, VOC. ASBESTOS, LEAD & COPPER tests had been done Nov 2007. Results were sent to Curry Co Health Department. No copies sent to DHS. Operator assumed that County would forward. Results attached. ACTION NEEDED: County will forward results to DHS. Please credit system with results.
