| Details: | SUMMARY: AS and NO3 Monitoring for 2007. DETAILS: Paul responded to my letter regarding arsenic sampling for 2007 and requested a reduction from annual to every nine years (see letter from Paul dated 4/21/08). A review of the results from 2004, 2005, and 2006 show that the City of Powers is eligible for this reduction. I have updated sdwis to show the annual schedule ending 12/31/2006 and the 9-year schedule beginning 1/1/2011 per standard monitoring framework. I have also requested the Data Management Compliance Enforcement Unit remove the AS violation for not reporting in 2007. In addition, Paul said they did indeed miss sampling for Nitrate in 2007. He is having the nitrate sample drawn in early may and will be submitted to the Portland office. ACTION NEEDED: Updated sdwis sampling schedule for arsenic. Assure 2007 AS monitoring/reporting violation is removed from Powers compliance record. | ||
