Details: SUMMARY: +T/C on Routine for February 2008 DETAILS: Called and spoke with John and informed him of the detection and the need for 4 more repeats. He said he would take the repeats asap. I reminded him also of the need for 5 temporary routines during the next month after the 4 repeat samples were absent for T/C ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat testing. System had 4 detection for T/C back in January 2008.
