Details: SUMMARY: LT-2 ESWTR Assistance DETAILS: PWS must complete a raw water sampling plan for LT-2 and submit it to the USEPA before 7/1/08. Royal had started the sampling plan and wanted some assistance to complete it. I reviewed the rule and assisted him in completing it and what forms to submit to the USEPA. ACTION NEEDED: None
