| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine quarterly taken 2/26/08 +TC DETAILS: I left a message for Nanci reviewing the protocol-- 4 repeats to be collected and reported before 3/12/08. Then 5 temp routines in March. If any RPs are +, then a PN required and correction of the problem. I also inquired if they are chlorinating like they are supposed to be because they should not have a + sample with a proper chlorine residual. I asked them to chlorinate if they arent (they have a redwood tank) or check the chlorinator to see if working properly. I also told them they need to be writing the Cl residual on the coliform lab slip at the time of their routine testing. The last survey noted they didnt have a DPD test kit and werent testing & recording Cl residuals daily. ACTION NEEDED: Need to verify they are chlorinating, maintaining proper Cl residual, have a DPD test kit, and recording daily residuals. I expect a call back at which time I will discuss these issues. Otherwise will continue to monitor the situation. | ||
