| Details: | SUMMARY: Three out of 4 repeat samples collected on 3/25/08 positive for Total Coliform (one for E.Coli) DETAILS: 03/27/08 - Three samples were collected at the sink approximately 30 minutes apart (two tested positive for Total Coliform). One sample was collected at the mechanics sink and tested positive for E. Coli. I spoke with Cindy. She has discontinued all fountain drinks. The Shady Cove Station and Subway continue to operate with bottled water for hand washing. There is no food prep process that involves water usage. Dishes continue to be done in a three compartment sink with sanitizer solution. The attached public notice was sent to Cindy. 03/27/08 - the system was shock chlorinated. 03/28/08 - The system was flushed. 03/31/08 - One sample was collected. 04/01/08 - The special sample tested negative for Total Coliform. I called Cindy and notified her of the results. The water can be used for all purposed at this time. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples need to be collected in the month of April. | ||
