Details: SUMMARY: Total Coliform alert EPA water system coli 5114 on 3/27/08 DETAILS: I reviewed with Marty the requirement to collect four repeat test samples as soon as possible. He agreed to collect the repeats. I gave him a list of local labs. I told him what happens if a repeat is positive and the need to collect five routines next month. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results
