| Details: | SUMMARY: 2nd and 3rd qt 2007 TCR reported late no TCR reported for 4th qt 2007 nor 1st qt 2008. No NO3 reported for 2005, 2006, 2007/ DETAILS: Left message 4/17/08. Shane returned phone call 4/22/08 and said all records should be up to date. He said he would find the missing records and send them to the State as well as to Douglas County. Received 2nd and 3rd quarter 2007 and 1st quarter 2008. Also received NO# results for 2005, 2006 and 2007. TCR for 4th quarter 2007 was not sent to the County, however this sample was sent to the State DW program (late). ACTION NEEDED: Send letter to facility outlining SNC information and steps necessary to return to compliance. Check records to ensure all future samples are turned in on time. | ||
