| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine samples collected on 3/31/08 and 4/01/08 tested positive for Total Coliform DETAILS: 4/2/08 - I left Jerry a voice mail requesting that he call me back. 5/01/08 - Left Jerry another voice mail requesting that he call me back. 5/13/08 - I sent Jerry the attached letter stating that four repeat samples within 24 hours must be taken. 5/16/08 - Jerry called me. We agreed that their 10,000 gallon storage tank will likely always have a problem without a continuous chlorine residual. I recommended that Jerry talk to the water board and pursue the instillation of continuous chlorination immediately. Jerry will do that and get back to me next week. Jerry also collected two special samples (3255 Carriage Dr. and 3250 Darrel Dr.) 5/22/08 - Both special samples collected passed. I called Jerry and he notified me that they are going to have continuous chlorination installed. I asked Jerry to call Scott Curry to initiate the plan review process. ACTION NEEDED: Plans need to be submitted for the proposed continuous chlorination system. | ||
