| Details: | SUMMARY: Samples collected 5/27/08 tested positive for TC DETAILS: 6/2/08 - I spoke with Frank Lee. The two failing samples were collected at 599 and 595 Rogue Air Drive. He thinks that these locations have poor sample taps. Frank would like to have a designated sample tap installed at the entry point to the distribution system. I encourage him to do this. He will have the sample tap installed by 6/6/08 and collect additional samples at that time out of the new tap. 6/6/08 - One repeat sample was collected at the new sample tap. 6/6/08 The repeat sample passed. ACTION NEEDED: System is already outside of the allowed time to collect the three additional required repeat samples. % temporary routine samples need to be collected in the month of June. | ||
