Details: SUMMARY: Contact for SNC ID 82740 DETAILS: SNC INV conducted on 12/12/07. Firm missed reporting period and first quarter is late. Mr. Cho stated due to the suspension of Coffey Labs that he has delayed sending sample. He located a certified lab in Tigard and will be taking sample to lab in the coming week. ACTION NEEDED: Take sample in before the last day of the quarter and continue to submit quarterly.
