Details:	SUMMARY: Contact for SNC ID 85779 DETAILS: SNC investigation conducted on 12/12/07. Quarterly coliform samples have not been submitted for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd quarter 2007 nor for 1st quarter 2008. Mrs. Godard has contracted with a lab to take samples on a quarterly basis. Unsure why there are no reports sent in and will call the lab to check on sample status. Discussed with Mrs. Godard about sending in report earlier or having it faxed by the lab. ACTION NEEDED: Send in sample results of missed samples and begin submitting samples quarterly before deadline of the 10th of the month following the quarter the sample is taken.
