| Details: | SUMMARY: Spill of vehicle fluid into Crooked Creek DETAILS: Received a call (OERS # 2008-2099) that vehicle fluid (gasloline and motor oil) spilled from an overturned truck into Crooked Creek, which is a tributary of the North Alsea River. Incident occurred on Highway 34 at about 4 miles east of the City of Alsea. ACTION NEEDED: Consulted internally, decision was not to notify any water systems as none with surface water intakes are located in the vicinity of the spill on the Alsea River. | ||
