Details: SUMMARY: Follow up visit TC+on routine DETAILS: The system was supposed to have a chlorine residual but when it was checked it was zero. The chlorine feed line was floating on top of the batch solution and had lost its prime. ACTION NEEDED: Repeats were supposed to be taken later that day when the system has and even chlorine residual throughout the entire distribution.
